Customers opt in by visiting https://ezmoneyusa.com/, starting the business funding application, providing their mobile phone number, and checking the optional SMS consent checkbox shown above before submitting the application. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is separate from any credit authorization, e-signature, electronic communications consent, or terms acceptance.

2. Message Content

Customers who opt in may receive operational and transactional SMS messages, including but not limited to: business funding application updates, application status, document requests, underwriting updates, funding offer updates, appointment scheduling, customer support, account notifications, payment or repayment reminders, and related service communications. We do not send marketing or promotional messages under this SMS consent.

3. STOP and HELP

Customers can reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages from Ez Money. They can reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (617) 209-2000 Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm EST.

4. Data Sharing

Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, shared or transferred to third parties, affiliates or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.
