By accessing the Ez Money website, submitting a business funding application, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. About Ez Money

Ez Money provides business funding services to U.S.-based entrepreneurs and businesses, including revenue-based financing. Applications are completed online using SSN or ITIN plus business bank statements. Approval and funding decisions are made by Ez Money and its funding partners.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, a legal U.S. business owner or authorized representative, and able to enter into a binding contract.

4. Application Process

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You authorize Ez Money and its funding partners to verify the information provided, contact you about your application, and obtain reports as necessary to evaluate your business funding request.

5. No Guarantee of Funding

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or any particular funding amount, rate or term. Funding decisions are subject to underwriting and partner availability.

6. Fees and Repayment

Where funding is approved, fees, costs and repayment terms are disclosed in a separate funding agreement that you review and sign prior to funding.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for fraudulent, abusive, illegal or harmful purposes, and not to interfere with the Services or attempt to access them in an unauthorized manner.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by Ez Money or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Electronic Communications & E-Signatures

You consent to receive communications from Ez Money in electronic form, including emails, online disclosures and electronic signatures, which satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

10. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Ez Money regarding your business funding application, application status, document requests, underwriting updates, funding offer updates, appointment scheduling, customer support, account notifications, payment or repayment reminders, and related service communications.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase, service, or funding approval.

To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP. After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
